Mr. Aurelie A. Peralta is the Program Dean of the Institute of Information and Communications Technology of Pangasinan State University Eastern Cluster. He is a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science graduate and at present, a Master in Business Administration degree holder. He started his career as an IT Educator and a freelance developer since 1996. He develop programs using languages ranging from the primitive GWBasic, Turbo Basic, Turbo Pascal, Dbase Clipper to object-based and object-oriented Foxpro, Visual Basic 6.0, C++, PHP and his most favorite, Visual Basic.Net (ASP.NET).
He is also a Microsoft Office Specialist having passed 5 certifications in both core and expert levels.

Mr. Peralta was also designated as the MIS Chief of the PSU Eastern Cluster under the Office of the Chancellor and in line with this he developed the following systems for PSU:
